Now that summer is upon us, I think it is a perfect time to give out some BBQ tips and recipes. I had been listening to Adam Carolla a few months ago and he had one of the best BBQ chefs in the country on his show. He is also a mainstay at Jimmy Kimmel’s house as well. He is Adam Perry Lang and his book is simply fantastic! I finally popped my BBQ cherry last week on Memorial Day. Everybody was raving about the Hot Wings and Grilled Corn I made.
